Shiying, Jodie and me were on our way to jp 0n the mrt, when there was this elder , wh0 suddenly talked t0 us . talking ab0ut ann0inting . and talked ab0ut Bible verses, Matthew 6:24 .. he kept pr0claming the Word of GOD, and he asked this qns, who do you thinkk i am? frm GOD or frm caesar ? mmm.. den he kept asking us n0t to seek after $ , but seek first the Kingdom of GOD . he quoted manyyyy verses, and many content from the Bible, as if he was reading it and saying to us. he told us n0t to work overtime.. mmm, we gave him attention.. bcos we din want pple to think he was crazy, and if it was really the annointing of the Holy Spirit, i wouldnt want to miss listening to GOD's Word ! when we reached jurong east, getting of, the man ended off so nicely, and with 'GOD bless' , and we went off. mmm... surprising enc0unter,. but i thank GOD for using the man to speak life into our lives.

Mmm, and i just received another email, that i saw this vs proverbs 23:4-5 -(v4)do not wear yourself out to get rich ; have the wisdom to show restraint. (v5)Cast but a glance at riches, and they are gone, for they will surely sprout wings and fly off to the sky like an eagle.

How Should We Love?
1. We should give ourselves sacrificially “Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,”(Eph. 5:25). “By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.”(1 John 3:16) "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends.”(John 15:13)
2. We should be a servant “For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”(Gal. 5:13)
3. We should give those we love freedom to make their own choices, not forcing our will upon them, even as the Lord doesn't force His will upon us “And the Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.” (Rev. 22:17) “Therefore when Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king, He departed again to the mountain by Himself alone.”(John 6:15) “And she answered him, "No, my brother, do not force me, for no such thing should be done in Israel. 30. We will hope for change when our trust has been violated “believes all things, hopes all things,” (1 Cor. 13:7).
31. We will endure when the change doesn't come instantly “endures all things.” (1 Cor. 13:7)
32. We will hold others accountable as God holds us accountable “So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.”(Rom. 14:12)

Important note: Not all people will receive our love, even if we love them in this manner. Remember, men rejected the love of Christ when He loved them in this way. Some may reject us as well "Remember the word that I said to you, 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.”(John 15:20)

YI camp has been a blessing to me . :D

i saw how my cell group grew in Him. how that when one is down, the others will lay hands on the person and pray, and they will encourage one another. :)

i saw how He worked in the lives of those who were so slacking in their spiritual life.

and i found myself growing in boldness, and finding myself not singing the lyrics of fear in leadership. i praise GOD for this 'training'. :D

through this camp i got to know many siblings in Christ,and i love every one of them. :) and a big big TQ! to those who gave me encouragement be it in cards or actions,prayers,and words during the camp. :) appreciated them. :DD

one of the most impacting thing i learnt, is that ENTHUSIAM IS NOT A FEELING, BUT A DISCIPLINE.

1 Thessalonians 5:17, “pray without ceasing,” can be very confusing. Obviously, it cannot mean we are to be in a head-bowed, eyes-closed posture all day long. Paul is not referring to non-stop talking, but an attitude of God-consciousness and God-surrender that we carry with us all the time.

As we go through the day, prayer should be our first response to every fearful situation, to every anxious thought, to every undesired task that God commands. John MacArthur warns that a lack of prayer will cause us to stop depending on God's grace and depend on ourselves instead.

Unceasing prayer is, in essence, dependence upon and communion with the Father.For Christians, prayer is like breathing. You don't have to think to breathe because the atmosphere exerts pressure on your lungs and forces you to breathe. That's why it is more difficult to hold your breath than it is to breathe. Similarly, when we're born into the family of God, we enter into a spiritual atmosphere where God's presence and grace exert pressure, or influence, on our lives. Prayer is the normal response to that pressure.

As believers, we have all entered the divine atmosphere to breathe the air of prayer. Only then can we survive in the darkness of the world.

Unfortunately, many believers hold their spiritual breaths for long periods, thinking brief moments with God are sufficient to allow them to survive. But such restricting of their spiritual intake is caused by sinful desires.

The fact is, every believer must be continually in the presence of God, constantly breathing in His truths, to be fully functional. Because ours is such a free and prosperous society, it is easier for Christians to feel secure by presuming on—instead of depending on—God's grace.

Too many believers become satisfied with physical blessings and have little desire for spiritual blessings. Having become so dependent on their physical resources, they feel little need for spiritual resources. When programs, methods, and money produce impressive results, there is an inclination to confuse human success with divine blessing. Christians can actually behave like practical humanists, living as if God were not necessary..

When that happens, passionate longing for God and yearning for His help will be missing, as will His empowerment. Because of this great and common danger, Paul urged believers to "pray at all times" (Ephesians 6:18) and to "devote yourselves to prayer" (Colossians 4:2). Continual, persistent, incessant prayer is an essential part of Christian living and flows out of dependence on God.

sister Anne and Michelle came over early to cook the finger foods. den me and Michelle went to cck tu fetch the people. Charlene brought Jody, Cedric brought Bervyn. Clara brought her 2 cousins who live in tpy! haha..good job pple :) reached hm, bro was very helpful, took initiative and offered to help bring fan over and many stuffs.we had a great time playing games :) den watch movie. while watching, prayed, and i had to choose whether i do sharing with Charlene and Jody only or with all the girls together. then GOD told me in HIS still and calm voice, that the Yan yan and yan yi are christians alr. so i chose Charlene and Jody. and praise the LORD. Jody accepted CHRIST!! :DD and Charlene was VERYY exicited mann!! i love the passion in her. :) and after Michelle shared with the guys. praise the LORD. Bervyn accepted CHRIST too!! :D and i praise GOD that the guys put in effort to share too ! :) hope to see them next sat !! ^-^

okay. im here to give GOD thanks for the MANNYYYYY things . :]
FRI 5 DEC : had 2 critical exams. have to plan for 6 and 7 dec. took medicine e day before and so felt quite faint and plus painful cramps, seriously felt like *screamING!!!* i havent studied finish also !! i seriously felt like crying. but praise the LORD. something miraculous happened. when exam started, i totally dun have any cramps anymore! and when teacher marked my performance, only one x ! all e others are ticks ! whoo ! praise Him !! den come to e 2nd exam .. i was so worried tat i would be super late fr e tribe meeting which starts at 7pm. and 2nd exam timing is 530-620 ! so i told GOD, i will chiong my exam,do as fast as possible, and i finished e paper in about 35 mins! woohoo. den i asked examiner can i go off? they say CANNOT ! arghh.stunned.so i faster prayed to GOD to make a way out for me. den, He sent the most strictest and *niaoest* health science teacher Mdm Wong , to rescue me. haha. she 'ordered' the other teachers to let me go off ! whoahwhoah. thank You Daddy! :DD see, our GOD works in ways we cannot see sometimes.but this time i really can see!! hahaha :) den rushed over, thought i would reach ard 730 cos e bus 852 came at abt 640.. lols. den in e end i reachedd at 715! haha when i went in, they just started with prayer only! praise the LORD GOD who guides my steps !! :DDDDDDDD

Just as there are things you can do to make your prayers more effective, there arealso things you can do (or not do) to make your prayers ineffective. Here are four specific obstacles to effective prayer.

1. Selfishness or Pride. When it comes to having effective prayers, motives are of the greatest importance. If a person comes to God praying for something with a selfish motive, that prayer will not get any higher than the ceiling. God will not answer prayers that come from a selfish motive.

2. Idolatry. Idolatry is not limited to bowing down to images of gold, wood, or bronze. An idol could also be defined as anything or anyone that takes the place of God in your life. It could be a person, a relationship, a career, or even a leisurly activity. When you place something other than God on the throne of your heart, your prayers will go unanswered. As Ezekiel 14:3 says,"Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their hearts and put the stumbling block of their iniquity and guilt before their faces; should I permit Myself to be inquired of at all by them?" Amplified Bible

3. Unforgiveness. In Mark 11:25, Jesus says, "And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop."Amplified Bible. If you are harboring a grudge against someone right now, your prayer life will suffer. Get rid of that root of bitterness before it destroys you and those around you. If you don't release it, you will be sinning, and that sin will hinder your prayers.

4. Unconfessed Sin. Psalm 66:18 says, "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me." If you feel like your prayers are going unanswered, you may want to consider whether you are harboring some unconfessed sin in your life. Maybe you are committing a sin right now that you do not even categorize as a sin because "everybody is doing it." Yet, if the Bible characterizes that activity as sin, then it is.

If you can identify with any of the problems listed above, confess your sins to God and turn away from that attitude or activity. Once that obstacle is removed, you will again see God working through your prayers.
While we look forward to the glories of heaven, one thing far outweighs them all: the fact that we will be able to spend eternity with Jesus. Dwight L. Moody once wrote, "It is not the jeweled walls and the pearly gates that are going to make heaven attractive. It is being with God." May that truth inspire you as you live out your life on this earth.

praise the LORD ! one ica down ! hahaha :) today actually planned to do some stuffs after sch, but suddenly there's nyp prayer meeting. GOD have been telling me about prayer.how important it is, and its been quite long since we had meeting.so today is a must go !! haha, and indeed, a fruitful meeting !! :DD we went over to Andy's hse and prayed.even though it was only the 4 of us,when we prayed, everyone prayed very loud and the Presence of GOD filled us !! :DD our lives were touched by the power of the Holy Spirit.praise the LORD for this prayer meeting :) oh ya,Dororin and Andy shared about GOD telling them about obedience during the prayer meeting. i think GOD really is tellin us about obedience. i received one email that is about -Obedience.
and i found out one very important truth . => prayer is as essential as breathing .

i also realised one thing.when they say that we need to be accountable to GOD in everything we do , say, before GOD. i realised that we are surrounded by a crowd of witnesses. meaning angels, army of GOD, also with us, able to see everything we do, say etc. and many times being ignorant of that, we indulge in sin like a pig that indulge itself in mud (eww !! ) and we have the HOLY SPIRIT living within us! how uncomfortable He must have been when we do all that nonsense ! i like this illustration > when you have a guest over at yr hse, do you serve the guest tea, den when your parents come and you rant and shout at them ? do you go into those censored websites? do you leave your guest there all day without talking to HIM ? if i were that guest, i'd rather not visit your hse ! but still, HE indeed is living in us.i thank GOD for this Helper and i want to serve Him as many tea as possible and spend more time with Him. :)

we should look at our time with GOD as the opportunity to recharge the pacemaker of our heart (w/o charging, our heart will stop beating ).. spending time with GOD should take the FIRST priority in our schedule, no matter how busy we are.. when you sit in the presence of GOD, even if you dont feel like youre learning anything new, you are still sowing good seed into your life that will produce a good harvest . :) with persistance, you will get to the point where you understand more of the Word, where you are having a great fellowship with GOD, where you are talking to Him, and He is talking to you. You will sense HIS Presence and begin to see changes in your life that will amaze you .. the quality of our life is greatly affected by the time we spend with GOD.. its very true... :)

spend time watering your seed everyday ... with the water that comes from the river of GOD that flows from His Throne.. :) perservere on .. dont give up..

look @ that diamond shine in the darkness ? GOD is moulding and shaping each and everyone of us to become more like that precious jewel .. so, no matter what happens in yr life.. GOD says in Romans 8:28 that all things works together all for good ... :) so you needn't worry.. trust in His heart . His plans are higher than our plans.. everyone goes through sufferings.. but not everyone presses on .. i do hope you'd press on ... because, you are actually surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses.. the christians all ard the world.. the Heavenly hosts, the angels, the army of GOD.. :) GOD has that lifeline around you all the time.. HE may let you go through some difficult 'trials' , but HE WILL NEVER LET YOU GO . evry step you take, no matter how tough, HE's with you.. call on HIM, trust in Him.. He will provide a refuge under the shadow of His wings ... =D

celebrated Joan's belated and Stephanie's early birthday @ AMK hub . watched 007 wif Joan,Kendrick and Jonathan. Stephanie and Chantel watch 'coffin' x.x @ first i was thinking 007 is v boring, political. but i'd rather tat than coffin. hahaa. but turned 0ut tt i din regret watching 007 ! haha, l0ng time nvr watch James bond movie liaos. a very action packed and interesting movie. haha.

anyways, really thank GOD, by His abundant grace, for the grade B i got for bio exam ! ^^ its really by His grace. you see, i only read through the 18 chapters ONCE (seriously only once), and just finished the 18 chapters only about 10 minutes before the exam ! went in for exam, very nervous though, thinking that this time i really very last minute.. but while waiting for the examiner to start off the exam, i told GOD that i'd thank Him no matter what grade i'd get. even if bad grade is also my fault for studying so last minute. however, i kept reminding myself, that i am not doing the exam for myself or my own glory.but for CHRIST,whom i am serving.and i really thank GOD for the grade i got. :)

hmms,and for today,fell very sick at school , and so didnt meet up with my dear disciples as planned. :( hmm, thank GOD though, for the many concerns my friends showed me in the midst of this suffering.xP and the 'take cares' frm my disciples. appreciated it. :D

somehow, i really need to learn to look at things through GOD's eyes ..

t0day i was a bit quiet ? shush , sometimes i dunno what to talk about with *-----------------* lalalas. and so, shut myself up during branch. sometimes i'd rather shut up. whoever talks to me, den i'll answer. its funny y'knw. ms dorothy asks if we do share how we feel or what happening in our life with our friends, i'd say i wont. exception for my family in CHRIST. im very relieved when im with them, can be myself ! but when im in school, im like, zangggg .... i feel so bad on the inside.. its like whats inside my mind was'' help ! get me outta here ! give me a break from them ! i wanna go home ! '' ... sighs. have been having such thoughts since last sem. this is serious. i need to fill myself with more of GOD's Word to fight this warfare. it affects my mood, my attitude, my focus, my enthusiasm ! sometimes the enthu pops out, but most of the time, im being suppressed by this fakeness ! eweeowoeeoe!!
this is it.im seriously tired. im gonna have to pick up the armour my dear Father has blessed me and put it on. many times i've failed, YOUR mercy remains.. should i stumble again, im caught in Your grace .. :) many times, how i survived this emotional threat from school, is rushing away to home and spend the most important part of the day-Quiet time with GOD. and He never fails to strengthen me again. :DD
i must say, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that procedeth out from the mouth of GOD ! ^^

hmm, whether i like it or not, i still have to go to school.
went off during pnpe lecture.i figured mr aaron wont be finishing anytime early.so plucked up my courage and chiong outta lecture. haha. thank GOD. caught bus 852 and went straight to church for YI training. thank GOD i brought my umbrella ~ ^^ f0und out tt cg outing is postponed. BUT ps Song is going to preach on fri ! ^^ so yup, not so bad :D
hmms, and sth very funny happened to matthew on the bus to cck ! haha lol . we were all laughing like mad. hahaha so bad of us . aiyo, but praise GOD there was no injuries ;)

i learnt that if we live for ourselves, we'd be WASTING time . we'll be going in circles , going back to square one . . got lotsa assignments and projects and tests coming ahead ..
may GOD keep me sober and not be drunken with all those assignments . i dont want to walk in circles . Jesus, for You i live . there will be no other .

im looking forward to cell group outing to Sentosa ! Yi camp ! christmas bash ! my hope ! hope that the 70 homes will be opened . im excited to see more souls saved ! more lives transformed , more lives turning away from the plan of the devil, and walking into the plan of our most High GOD ! :D

GOD bless me . GOD, help me pass this .. teach me how to reply to such a situation .. :)

hairstyle - wherever you turn, you dont have to touch your hair.

prints - cannot be bigger than a 5 cent c0in . bcos e bigger e print, e casual it'll look.

heels -sh0uld n0t be more than 2.5 cm high . and should be broad heels , not thin heels .

`tips for guys formal wear,

light top, dark bottom .

avoid horiz0ntal strips as it is less formal.

no white pants, no green t shirt .

if shirt got strips, wear a PLAIN tie . your tie shld be darker than your shirt .

dont wear black and white as you'd look like a waiter .

your shoe shld be same colour as your pants .

socks should be long .

what i worry about is , lecturer said she will look at our dressing, our make-up (she doesnt want to see pimples ! she wan us to cover everything up !! T.T ) , our posture and stuffs like that ..

she even taught us how to walk, how to climb stairs, and we will have to go through a job interview at the end of the elective .

so, alot 0f practice f0r us t0 d0 everyday .

on monday, went for prayer meeting. glad that so many of them turned up ! :)
prayer meeting , GOD filled me with more joy and strength to prepare me mentally, physically and spiritually for the cg outing . :)
reached east coast park , thank GOD we found a suitable spot, which i think its a perfect spot now ! :D
den when they went for their 2 hours of free time, it started to rain. we faster put the people's barang barangs into our 'trash bags' which saved their bags from becoming sogged ;D and 6 of us were there and started to get out as many umbrellas as we could and built a 'shelter' to shelter e bags and stuffs and ourselves. we stood there for quite some time. thank GOD for Michelle and Joel who started to sing praises and worship to GOD in the midst of the rain. GOD gave me the peace in my heart, tat everything will work out. and praise the LORD. the people were wet alr b4 we even play water bomb ! xP
hahaha. i guess we were all wet by then.

we started playing the games. i hope cg pple had fun.
some of them caught a crab lols ! this is the first time i saw this scene ! hahaha.
but it didnt stop me from going into the sea !
but, some people hauled bucket of water over me even when i screamed so much not to. too bad my specs were out of place if not i would go and snatch the buckets and give them double of what they did to me lol . hahah jus kidding . its okay, as long as they had fun . this can also be serving GOD. ^^
in all, i had fun too :)
i hope the few people who were not feeling well are feeling better now ! :)

i learnt something. things or circumstances may seem bad at the start. but always rmb, that GOD is still in control. and HE lets all things work together for good ! :D i should trust Him, even when its 'raining' in my life.
i recall some thing i learnt in Qt on sunday, 2 Timothy 4: 16-18 , that even when everyone abandoned me, even if everything falls apart in my life, GOD will stand with me and give me strength ! :)

yesterday service was awesome ! :D
at e start i was feeling quite hopeless and discouraged, cos of sth tt happened in cg . den God spoke to me through ps Song, GOD works in ways tt i may not see.so dont lose hope.and i should not look to what i lack in my life, but look to GOD,who can give me the wisdom,and everything i need. i also struggled with the issue about character. now i learnt tt GOD wants to mould our character so tt we will not be destroyed by our own character. we should all desire to have character traits of Jesus. everyday Jesus faced so much oppositions and many dissapointments, but He still continued to do what His Father wants Him to do. i want learn from Jesus, that, no matter what may happen in my life, i will still continue to press on and do what GOD wants me to do, and not shrink away.
and also, i must be careful with what shows and movies to watch. horror shows is already a no-no to me. now is left some of the comedies and fantasies. better not watch those tt may sow vulgarities or idlety into my life.

GOD filled me with immense joy through the service. and after svc, had a great time with many of cell grp pple :) i think our cg is the last cg to go home lols haha. im so glad, to see tt she stayed with us.cos usually she'd go home very early.and she started doing Qt !! :D and she responds to me alr :D im SOOO HAPPY !! :D im glad also tt [..] starts to show accountability, :) and today, little cow.p called me and told me she started to do QT alr ! :) after so lonng time, she finally did . she's very enthu abt doing QT :) and i hope that she will love to read the Bible more than doing any other things. ^^ whoah, i really praise GOD for showing me so much blessings :) gave me so much joy, and always stood by me, even when circumstances dont look too good. im glad i didnt give up on any of them. im wondering is it revival? i believe GOD is doing something big in our cell group. i cant wait to see the fullness of His work !! :D

saw this verse . 2 timothy 3:5 , where it talks about in e end times, pple will act religious, but will reject the power that could make them godly.

e '' act '' of being religious includes going to church, knowing christian doctrines, using christian clinches, and following chritian traditions . there are people who does all that, but in their inner attitudes of belief, love, and worship , is not genuine . even though it may be difficult to distinguish them from the true christians at first, their daily behaviour will give them away. what do you do at home ? most of the time, who do you seek ? the Creator or the created ?

i believe tt this will speak to many pple. i have been through this before. and im going to tell you, tt, dont ever try to bypass your relationship with GOD . loving, seeking GOD requires effort and sometimes sacrifice. sacifice what? your precious time(which is provided by GOD ! ) .

if you dont spend QT with GOD, and you can do all your '' acts '' , and you'll end up feeling empty, frustrated, lost, irritated and ignorant . and, a type of spiritual thermometer for you: your attitudes towards others usually reflect your relationship with GOD .

dont you think its time to seek HIM ?

drained alot of SMU lols . a whole bloody bag i have to drain, i praise GOD that i havent faint ! =) my CI (clinical instructor) verry nice :)) she teach me alot ;D taught me how to change drips too :DD i thank GOD that i learnt quite alot in my first day at work :) im starting to love it :DD seriously . hahas.and really the patients are interesting.i popped into a curtain to witness e nurse inserting NG tube in a old lady.real life insertion !!
haha, and if anyone ever asks me whether i went into guys toilet before, i tell you.i think i have to go in everyday lol.. pushing in patients and pushing them out..
and there's a new patient in my cubicle ytd . LOL so funny , my seniors were trying to figure out what language he speaks, so they test chinese, english, malay.. and all he also can speak. but hes abit edgy you see, so in e end, one of them go check his particulars den found out he's chinese lol.the uncle seem to be very confused and blur state.and when take his bp, he got angry and screamed cos he dun wan put his finger so in e clip xP i was shocked and at e same time, bewildered? haha,but shockingly,he laughs too.now angry, later laugh,den angry again, den laugh... haha,den 9plus pm already, so i made my way out of the curtain, and lol he said byebye ! so cute that uncle.cos we thought he confused state.. as i was walking away, the staff nurse asked him' how you know she is going home?' hahaha. interesting.

i waited with Liyan for her roommate?.den her friend was with another friend also.the way Wendy talks ar,i can sense the love for the people around her.she lives at yew tee!! so we talked and talked on the mrt.i wanted to reach out,but i find her very different, like there's something in her shining so brightly.so i prayed that GOD will provide me opportunity to find out whether she is my sister in CHRIST,and straightafter,the mrt passed by this church with a huge cross coloured red.i took this chance to say' eh? church leh.do you go to church?' haha,and from there i found out she's from hope church! hahaha,praise the LORD, and also, found out, she also came to nyp nursing cos she prayed about it . hahaha, and also, she has cell grp in nyp too! hahaha, i really thank GOD.in my ward, i also saw quite a few staff nurses wearing crosses.i hope they are saved. :) i want to see revival in ttsh too !! :DDD

yesterday's service was awesome . i was filled with the Holy Spirit and i cried uncontrollably . i could hear His promptings more clearly . and i felt great love joy peace .. :) but satan wouldnt give up so easily . after the service, he started attacking me with negative thoughts and clouded my mind . i started emoing on the bus home , which is really very bad . i realised that i have not been memorising Bible verses . so in my situation i could not fight well .. :( cos i did not use the sword of the Spirit . procrastination stops me from memorising . sians . i cannot do that anymore . lets start memorising as many Bible verses as possible !! lets sharpen our sword !! :DDD

this morning wasnt very pleasant . it was tough . thank GOD for the verses was read, that i broke through the emoness! :) thank GOD for reminding to not let the devil destroy our relationship . and by HIS grace, everything got better :)
Bible study is getting more and more interesting !! :DD

3 basic steps t0 study the Bible :
1)observation (you need to set aside time .)
2)interpretation (only one way-from the author's perspective.)
3)application * (most important!! )

i realised that the way i have read the Bible have been self-seeking . thank GOD for the Bible study today , learnt that we should 1stly, read briefly the whole book (e.g Ephesians ), then 2ndly read the themes of the chapters . then 3rdly , read the individual chapters and individual words . only then we will not interpret wrongly and add in extra meanings .

today's Bible study is awesome !! :))

ps Daniel mentioned some things that really struck me .
most of the time we are eating pre chewed food . imagine you are eating economical rice, and you goto choose the side dishes you want,, you take fish, you take curry chicken, and you come to this gruesome looking dish (squashed up ) and you realise its a pre-chewed food (someone has chewed it for you and spitted out ) . you'd say 'EWWW!! '' right ?
most of us have been eating pre chewed food actually . we read daily breads, devotions, sermons and such . but we are not eating the original food !! which is the Bible ! you juts want the fast way out :( we should start getting our own food !! only then when the false prophets preach to you,you will know right from wrong, which is biblical and which is not !!

on the bus home just now, i was feeling real tired and down , and suddenly i duno why but i saw a scene which normally wouldn't have caught my sight . but this time i felt that GOD is trying to tell me something . the scene is , a father and a son with their individual bicycles . the green light is blinking, but the son's bicycle has dropped on the road . and though the green light is blinking already , and the father reached down to helps to pull up the bicycle and the father and son brings their bicycles across the road .
GOD seems to be reminding me , that though i have fallen in some ways, and that though the green light is blinking (situation getting worser ) , HE will not leave me alone in the situation . He will pull me up, and bring me across the road .

then, when i got off the bus, when i was walking up the stairs, i fell . im not a person who falls easily . but yes, i fell . it was painful . but i heard GOD telling me, that though i fell , i goto stand up and not stay there .

you must know, that my mind was sinking into self despair on the bus . and my mind was quite cl0udy .. i guess the devil is attacking me with those aimless thoughts .. but i was very tired spiritually too bcos of all those aimless thoughts ..

the fall actually shook me out of the deceptions that mr sa.tan has been trying to get me to believe .

praise the LORD .

i am not going to give up . i will press on . for my LORD is faithful . He will make a way where there seems to be no way . =)

really enjoyed playing soccer and volleyball with Liern's softtoy soccer ball , all of us kicking and throwing the ball all around in Li ern's room. i wanna play again !! :DD its indeed very fun :) praise the LORD. b4 we came, we could not get him at his hse numbr nor his hp . so we were worried. but we prayed and trusted in GOD , and told GOD that we praise Him no matter the home visit turned out good or bad. and it was good :)

it was the same at Kimeko's hse.her mummy cut pears(very delicious and sweet) for us! :) Kimeko and Michelle was into sticking stickers on their phone (they already have so much that its difficult to see messages!!) hahaha, and Yilin said sth like dont put there later you cannot hear me talk when i call (which i think she was referring to the speaker part of the phone. DUH ). and yup, im amazed . Serjio's room is quite neat ! haha. but i dont understand why he reads newspapers standing up . hahaha

after that headed for home . saw a swing which looks fun , and here are some pictures of us missing our childhood again . :P

i dont know how to handle you . seriously . shouting at me on the phone and sending me all that crap . i was thinking was i being too bad to reply you to mind your words . but you really should . dont blame me if i ever shout at you . i seriously think you lack manners . how are you going to go into the society like that.. sighs .. but i wont give up . i'll forgive you for calling me stupid . i look forward to you being more Christ-like , becoming like the jewel GOD wants you to be . :) please change your attitude.it is very unglam.cos you are actually a sweet girl.
next wk my attachment starts and i dont know what will happen .. but i know that my GOD is faithful .. no matter how tough its gonna be, ive got GOD with me! :)
i dont know when my dad will be able to unite with us again..i dont know how he is now..i just hope he gets back to GOD again ..only can visit him on sundays..but mom dont wan to go..i go also dunno what to say. sighs. a few occasions when pple mention about fathers, it triggered off my tears. its like all e tears locked up in a waterproof cage. so far, its GOD that kept the cage closed . in the girls bible study, talked about fathers are the ones showering attention on the daughters.. at that point the tears leaked out . but GOD knows i dont want pple to see me cry . so again HE filled me with HIS ressuring peace. and the tears stopped. i praise GOD, who showered His Fatherly love on me . and thats how i dont really feel the deep impact of my dad not with us. :) but i just miss him.he dotes on me and bro alot.w/o him ard the house is quite..everynight i stay up late to do my stuffs, he also stayed up with with me watching tv or sth until he sees the light in my room is off, den he goes to sleep.now is not the case anymore.rather, its my bro,talking on the phone ! HAHAHAS.at midnight still can hear his voice talking away even when im in my own rm lol . haha.
whoo. this is not a emo post. its how i feel though. but i wont let how i feel get in the way of living for GOD. :) GOD is the same yesterday today and forever . HE is still my solution yesterday,today and forever.=) GOD be the solution . amen .

i learnt that the whole law is summed up in loving your neighbour as yourself .

we need to love people . both unlovable and lovable people . another verse says sth like , if you claim that you walk in the Light, and hate your brother (not only referring to your blood brother if you have, but anyone who is a human.), you are walking in darkness . we need to love people in a way that we dont keep looking at their - points, but look at their points . nobody is perfect . none of us is . so we should not judge other people . but love them , cos GOD still loved and embraced us no matter how we look, how irriating we are , coming to Him only for blessings most of the time :( , and many things we did , you know it yourself . but GOD chose to forgive us and embrace us . so lets follow our Father's footsteps and do the same . lets not love in word only, but in deeds also . when you think its difficult , rmb that with GOD, all things are POSSIBLE ! =)

ON SAT ::
sick . t0ugh . went t0 cant0nese hall , Sis Anne, Michelle and Yilin prayed for me . thanks :DDD during e grp games, c0uldnt take it, excused myself and wanted t0 g0 home and just 'hide' coz its terrible being sick and being sick outdoors . and when my eyes were swelling . den i rmbered , that in my previ0us church, at the starting i always fell sick on the days i have to go to church . IT WAS OBVIOUSLY mr s.a.tan TRYING TO KEEP ME FROM GOING CHURCH ! and s0, i stayed 0n . it was n0t easy . but i cannot g0 home at that time c0s its = to giving in to the devil .

s0 rested at e balc0ny there . IM NOT EMOING OK (in case any of you walk past and see me there ). i was c0mmunicating with GOD and w0rshipping HIM + drawing strength from Him . haha . coz i have to facilitate sharing afterwards and in my present state, i t0tally cann0t picture myself doing it . but praise the LORD , HE gave me strength , and led me . and yup . i praise GOD that my grp pple g0t respond :) LOL Clara and Jiatian became like can play together one . haha . anw, den the LORD suddenly led me t0 ask e pple t0 write the type of lying they are struggling with on paper . i t0tally dun n0e what t0 do or say next after telling them to write . but as usual , our GOD is faithful . He told me the rest of the instructions. :) s0 pple , be seri0us ab0ut what i asked you guys t0 write k . it is n0t i who speak . but the LORD who leads me .

den went f0r svc . sis Wanping shared ab0ut fasting . it really is very important . fasting is a spiritual discipline that enables us to draw closer to GOD . =)

went to cck after dinner , bumped int0 my ex church member , and she spake int0 my life . everytime i bumped int0 her (frm what i rmb, 3 times alr ) she spake powerful stuff into my life ! and yup , one of the things is the verse -man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that procedes out of the mouth of GOD . i just realised that it means that we cannot live without the Word of GOD . and the sister also said that we need to equip ourselves with the Word of GOD . a powerful weapon against the evil one . and today(sunday's bible study) ps Daniel also mentioned that verse !! den she told me many testimonies :DDD im indeed blessed through that conversation with her =)
aft that, went home .

i wanna thank all th0se pple that lent me or gave me tissues :DDD and Charlene, for letting GOD use you , asking me need tissue anot . (b4 that i was like praying , GOD , pls provide me with tissues.. ) pple like sis anne,charlene, ian, wanting, yilin, huiying, yeehong(the nicer packaging xp i thought it was the perfumed one so i din take during e sharing . but thank GOD its not :DD ) . still got ? thank you all :DDD

t0day is wednesday right ? hahahs, on monday ,i fell so sick with flu that i c0uld n0t g0 for work . i was so n0t feeling good, with the running tap whihc i dun seem to know how to close, and swollen eyes, and esp when my ph0ne is g0ing cranky with m0re and m0re buttons unable t0 press, and i cant write 0ut all my c0ntacts . saw that there were messages, but cant see them . imagine how'd you feel if you were in this situation ?? (okay im n0t complaining or murmuring now arh . im just typing out how bad it was . xp )

haha . somehow, i was asking GOD, why must all these happen .. ? actually is my fault . b4 my ph0ne started breaking d0wn , i was n0t c0ntented with what i have . i wanted my dad's new ph0ne . lol . den i alr g0t e warning signal fr0m GOD . but i guess i still dwelled a little 0n it and s0mehow at ab0ut the same time, despite the voice telling me to use my time wisely, i went and watch sh0ws 0nline :( so i disobeyed, and i also spent little time with GOD . when i couldnt hear him, i got quite impatient (never do that mann !! ) and s0rt of gave up listening , like shutting main parts of my ear and went into , emo mode . like, '' oh no, i cant hear Him, i feel so confused what i should do now .. '' when all i should do is to press on !!

den all these happened, tuesday was a horrible (to me only lar ) but a day that tests my perserverance , which is good :) on tuesday m0rning, praise GOD, the nose tap is off , and i started to worship GOD with songs from a songbook . came to this chinese lyrics , chang chang dao gao, nai xing deng hou , zhu zhuo shi you ding shi . translated > keep on praying , wait patiently , our Lord does things in His own timing .

somehow this comforts me alot . coz e hp thing is bugging me lots . but i suddenly got peace after worshipping GOD . den i told myself, dun worry God has His own plans . be patient . and tadaa!!! my dad asked i got warrantt card anot , den in my mind i was thinking 'i totally forgot where i put it . must saerch for it .' den when i open my cupboard and there was it !thanks GOD :) den e warranty card no date and i duno still got anot, but went anyaway . den dad went with me to cwp nokia care centre and sent my phone for repair . i was like praying tat it is still under warranty and the person there said it was ! :)

den coz my dad said usually repair phone will take about 1 wk . so i prayed that it will not be one wk and that i could get my phone back fast . and guess what ? today is wednesday right? tmr i can get back alr ! :D
den my dad ask for me can get loan phone while having repair anot, and praise GOD ! i got a loan phone :) the person there actually said that the loan phone is not like my phone like that, den i actually prayed that the loan phone will not be very old and that is good . and guess what ? the loan phone has a camera and even have music player all these !! :DD how marvellous GOD's grace to me have been !! :))

i went happily to find Yilin at teck whye to get her contacts . we waited for about 1 hr in e specs shop for the contacts to come . and coz we waited there for quite long, the spec shop man said that he give Yilin a new contacts case and some solutions !! haha and even wanted to treat us drinks lol coz we waited for quite long . xpp den in e end we had to rush off .

i went to bukit gombak find xinjuan and went to work . her parents cooked hor fun for me while im working :) and i could get e pay daily ! :) deposited it . cannot anyhow spend , amen ? :) and another thing . at ab0ut 9pluspm , 20 over people came to eat . and yup they spent $192 + on our food . i heard from xinjuan afterwards that that never happened before on weekdays . praise GOD . is it coz of the fragrance of GOD ? =P hee, i hope i really do bring blessings everywhere :) like that time when Wanting and me went shopping den when we came in to one shop which have no customers ? den when we come in, customers started to come in . den she said sth about we as children of GOD, bring blessings! :D

spent a gr8 time 0utside t0day ^-^ t0day is YILIN'S and MANY OTHERS BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST baptism day !! whoohooo!!! CONGRATULATIONS my dear siblings !! :))
haha, went t0 church f0r Bible study . Pastor Daniel taught ab0ut studying the Bible . :DD its very interesting . this actually enc0urages me t0 study the Bible , with the knowledge ab0ut the Bible given :) so pple, i enc0urage you to go f0r Bible study !! :DD

after Bible study, went to 3rd lvl of church for the Baptism ceremony . while waiting for Yilin's turn, Michelle and me rushed to beauty w0rld to get fl0wers f0r Yilin . as it was raining, praise GOD for His pr0vis0n of the h0t pink and big umbrella fr0m church that we b0rrowed ! :D
den we went to cards and such to search for a greeting card . but suddenly we recieved a call and realised that its 2 more people to Yilin's turn to be baptised !! off we ran back t0 church . i knew it was actually not possible that we can rush there in time . but coz of GOD, this is so not the case . while running to church i prayed that we will reach in time to witness Yilin being baptised . and i totally forgot about it till just now ! see how ungrateful i am .. :( we met Yilin's parents at the l0bby and we rushed to lvl 3 . praise GOD ! she is the next 0ne to be baptised . there was even time for us to take pictures of her ! haha .
lol im excited for her also ! haha, when see my brothers and sisters in the LORD baptise, i feel so happy and excited for them . you guys must stand strong till the end arh !! dont ever give up no matter how tough it is . when its tough, look to GOD, and outcome is , you'll get stronger ! :)

after that,went to wait at l0bby c0s heavy rain ? g0t to eat some cakes and + drink :P den bro Rixiang drove us to bus stop . Huning din get out lor . sighs he missed a good meal . haha . anyways , im really glad he came . represent the guys in our cell grp :P hmm,, den 5 of us went cine to eat at S___ ( i duno how to spell haha) . ate pastas and and we sat there talking for a considerable amt of time, until we saw some customers who dun have seats and looking at us :x hehe , hmm, but the service is quite good i guess , coz tho the plates on our tables have been cleared, they waiter stil refilled our glasses with warm water w/o us asking =D heheh , den we went to sh0p ard far east , den went h0me .

Wanting and me witness sth really funny while walking to far east -> this woman who walked past us , suddenly raised her v0ice, and said sth like ''im crying you know ??!! '' then laughed ! haha , we play this j0ke on Michelle, sis Anne and Yilin LOL . and know what response i get ? they say they're going to pray for us LOL ! haha

anw, we walked past this while walking to far east also, and sister Anne j0ked that we sh0uld be wearing like that . dress c0de . shiny and neat yeah ? xP but too h0t to wear this ard .. too bad .. i might c0nsider one lor .. haha jus kidding

went 0n bus 190 with Wanting and Yilin . we laughed al0t on the bus lol . den i suddenly st0machache cannot talk much . den praise GOD got pple got off the bus and me and Wanting can sit :) Yilin's getting off next stop so she din sit . i typed on phone to Wanting tell her i cannot talk much coz i stomachache if not might get worse coz im afraid she think i dun wanna talk to her. praise GOD she nod? and give me share earpiece listen to songs on her phone :) and praise GOD, that the worship songs were very comforting and i fell asleep while praying, like resting in HIS presence =) den went off the bus and rushed t0 t0ilet haha . tho the stomachache was terrible , but i learnt quite alot of things from it . =)

den went home, dad gave me ten dollars ! haha , praise GOD for the extra money , and as i went under the rain for quite a few times today, just now when i was doing Qt, i was feeling quite feverish . den mom came in and placed a cup of warm lemonade for me ! praise GOD !! =)) now i totally not feverish alr !! thank GOD !! and i thank GOD for blessing me with 3 jobs at one go ! :) im working frm tmr onwards :p
and praise GOD that i can meet my dear disciples tmr ! tho its alternate wks , but i hope that their lives will be impacted and grow closer and stonger in GOD from every discipleship . i believe this is what every discipler wants for their spiritual children . amen ? :)

oh ya ! and praise GOD that both my parents went to church today !! hehe, thank GOD i did not give up in trusting and hoping in GOD in the days of trouble i gone thru . =) i believe i gone thru that also becoz so i will noe that when everyone leaves me, our GOD will never leave me nor forsake me !! i learnt that no matter how bad our family situation may be, our immediate reaction should be to lift it up to GOD and trust Him . always rmb that all things works together for good .... as written in Romans 8:28 . :)

my friend, many times we have to go through some storms , so that we'll not be afraid of storms anymore , cos our wonderful Father is with us :) and through the storms, we come out on the other side stronger than before . so hang on there my friend, He who called you is faithful . instead of dwelling in the 'emotions' of your troubles , why not get down on your knees and pray , and listen to what HE says ? :)

In Summary...
God has offered to answer the prayers of his children (those who have received him into their lives and seek to follow him). He asks us to take any concerns to him in prayer and he will act upon it according to his will. As we deal with difficulties we are to cast our cares on him and receive from him a peace that defies the circumstances. The basis for our hope and faith is the character of God himself. The better we know him, the more apt we are to trust him.

i learnt that i have to equip myself with alot of things to be a good nurse . there are alot of requirements . knowledge itself is sth i need to equip myself with . there are really manny more things i gotto equip myself with . hmm, fri is my holiday . 3 wks of vacation . after tat attachment . i just hope i dont have to clean up dead pple in my first attachment in 3 wks time . i wonder how to react when i see patients die .. esp patients who are unsaved ..

Forgive me Lord,for my faithlessness,for underestimating Your goodness,Your power and Your miracles.
I don’t want to become blind,nor my life to become mine.I don’t want to unable to see,the person You created me to be.In my home, school and ministry,I want You to be proud of me.
And today You convicted me,and gave me a second chance to be,the person You appointed me to be.You told me I will be good enough,and that I can overcome,all that is, and is to come.

You can never please everyone and you don't need everyone to like you.
All you need to do, is to please the King. (In Esther's case, the king Xerxes.
In our case, as Christians, the Lord God Almighty.)
If the King likes you, it doesn't matter whoever else doesn't.God just want an excuse to bless you!
Obedience gives God the excuse to bless you.
Never underestimate the power of one encounter (experience, prayer etc.)
If you ask for it correctly, God will bless you with what you asked for.
However, we need to not demand for the things we want.
We need to know how to ask God properly.
Don't flirt with lower lovers, you will risk your destiny.
Had Esther flirted with anyone else, she wouldn't have had found favour with the king.
So don't prostitute your anointing given by God to settle for anything less.
Like Esther, we need to choose what the King likes, not what we like.
Only then will we find favour with the King.
Esther asked Hegai for advise on what king Xerxes likes and she asked for nothing other than what he suggested and she found favour with Man and most importantly, the king.
We need to look to the Bible, God's manual to please Him, so that we can find favour with God.

since GOD put you guys in my care, i have to take care of you guys well. but if you guys doesnt cooperate, then when things happen, dun push the blame to me. your spiritual life is YOUR responsibilty. we are here to give you encouragement, and to push you forward. but if you want to sit there and slack, i warn you , the enemy is going to come on you.
my hand is now waiting to reach out for you, to pull you away from the devil. but you have to take it. i m waiting k.

no matter you all give me attitude or ignore me, i will still be waiting. cos GOD waited for me. HE saved me. so i want to do the same too. to help you guys escape the traps of the evil one.
